Pacemaker Nomenclature

Pacemaker nomenclature. The 1^st letter indicates the chamber that is paced, the 2^nd letter indicates the chamber that is sensed, the 3^rd letter indicates what happens after sensing and the possible 4^th letter indicates rate modulation, i.e. rate response to exercise (so-called R function).
