Balanitis Circinata

Balanitis circinata. Annular patches on the glans penis are typical of balanitis circinata which is considered as one of the symptoms of Reiter's syndrome. The skin lesions are treated with topical corticosteroids, but other possible signs suggesting Reiter's syndrome should be investigated.
