Periocular Dermatitis

Periocular dermatitis.Perioral dermatitis around the eye, i.e. periocular dermatitis. The clinical picture presented here is very typical: reddened symptomless persistent small papules in the canthus of the eye and in the palpebral area, often unilaterally. Perioral area may be completely unaffected. Often the patient has already tried with topical corticosteroid ointments without success.
