Psoriasis on the elbow region. Typical psoriatic plaque at the extensor aspect of the elbow region. Sharply limited disease area and silvery scales on red background are good diagnostic signs. All the skin areas should be inspected to discover other typical sites of psoriasis, such as knees, scalp and nails.
