Papular acrodermatitis (Gianotti-Crosti syndrome).Gianotti-Crosti acropapulosis is a transient (weeks-months) eruption often of viral origin. The disease affects children. Possible pruritus can be treated with low potency corticoids. The papules are met in the face and extremities, seldom on the trunk.
