Superficial Basalioma

Superficial basalioma. The superficial type of basioma is most common on the trunk, where it may resemble a patch of eczema. The lesion is typically reddish, sharply demarcated, often with a faint "necklace of pearls". If biopsied, take a sufficiently large sample; false negative specimens are not uncommon in superficial BCCs.
