Vitiligo on the Crown of the Head

Vitiligo on crown of the head. Vitiligo on the forehead and crown of the head. This person's hair has become grey naturally, not because of vitiligo. The spotty pigmentation is caused by pigment cells that have survived around hair follicles. These cells produce pigment and may, as they increase in number, reduce vitiligo.
