Lichen Planus on the Lower Lip

Lichen planus on the lower lip. Lichen planus may affect also the lower lip, where typical Wickham's striae can be seen - in this picture unusually clearly. Topical potent corticosteroid for a limited period is usually curative, but recurrence is possible.
