Lichen Planus on the Lower Lip (Wickham Striae)

Lichen planus on the lower lip (Wickham striae). Lichen planus can also manifest as a reticular pattern within the red of the lower lip. Treatment is the same as elsewhere on the skin. The same pattern may be found on the buccal mucosa and glans penis.
