WPW and Atrial Fibrillation

WPW and atrial fibrillation. The impulse is conducted via an accessory conducting pathway from the atrium to the ventricle. The QRS complex is very wide due to the delta wave. During sinus rhythm, a positive delta wave is seen in the lead I and a negative delta wave, mimicking myocardial infarction, is seen in the leads II and III.
