Findings on coronary CT angiography. The left image shows a nonobstructive calcified atherosclerotic lesion on the coronary artery wall at the place indicated by the arrow. The middle image shows a partly calcified atherosclerotic plaque which is in the grey zone with regard to obstruction of the artery. The right image shows a significantly obstructed artery at the site of a non-calcified atherosclerotic plaque.
