Dyshidrotic Eczema (Pompholyx) on the Palm

Palmar dyshidrotic eczema. An eczema on the volar (palmar) aspect of the hand with chronic nature, appears recurringly with small vesicles and itching. A specific aetiology can be found only rarely, and therefore treatment is by nature symptomatic. Often the patient has had atopic dermatitis of childhood.
