Vasculitis leucocytoclastica. Vasculitis leucocytoclastica (v. allergica) is a small-vessel vasculitis, with purpura and superficial necrosis of the skin. Most lesions are in the lower extremities; in the case shown here the fingers are also affected. An infection or drugs may cause the symptoms, but in most cases no explanation is found.
