Tinea cruris in male patient. Tinea cruris in male patients is common. The margin is nearly always more red than the centre, but that can be the case also in eczema. Concentric polycyclic rings may occur. Differential diagnosis should consider seborrhoeic eczema, psoriasis and erythrasma. A patient with groin ringworm nearly always has also foot ringworm - examine the feet.
