Ductal breast cancer in mammography. 67-year-old woman with a suspect lump found in the right breast in mammography screening. Ultrasonography revealed a 5 mm tumour with ill-defined margins located somewhat laterally from the nipple. The lump was resected, together with the axillary lymph nodes and the apical lymph node area. Pathological diagnosis was ductogenic mammary carcinoma. The lymph nodes were normal.
