Vaccines for Preventing Plaque
There is no data from controlled trials evaluating the effectiveness of plaque vaccines. Level of evidence: "D"According to a Cochrane review [Abstract] 1 there are no controlled trials. According to circumstantial evidence from observational studies killed types may be more effective and have fewer adverse effects than attenuated types of vaccine.
