Diaper Dermatitis or Candida Infection

Diaper dermatitis or Candida infection. Sometimes it is practically impossible to differentiate diaper dermatitis from infection caused by Candida albicans. Some satellite lesions in this picture suggest Candida infection. In fact, the aetiology may be combined.
