Balanoposthitis (Spanish collar). Balanoposthitis often leads to the development of paraphimosis, a "Spanish collar". One way or the other, reposition of the foreskin must be performed immediately. Ischaemia of the tip of the penis is imminent. In this case (too), the underlying cause is seborrhoeic eczema.
