Palmar Psoriasis

Palmar psoriasis. Palmar psoriasis with the distribution of chronic hand dermatitis. The thick scales are typical for psoriasis. Psoriatic changes in other skin areas further helped to confirm the diagnosis. Often topical therapy is insufficient for palmar psoriasis. Oral retinoids are often of a decisive help.
