Nummular Dermatitis

Nummular dermatitis. Nummular dermatitis, an itchy patch with some surrounding "satellites". The lesions tend to be widespread, and many patients have an atopic background. Usually no specific causative agent can be found. Nummular dermatitis (eczema) often tends to be therapy resistant.
