Fixed drug eruption. Fixed drug eruption (Erythema fixum) may be bullous and after healing leaves a darkish hue in the skin. The lesion may be solitary or multifocal. Here the causative agent is the most common one: phenazone salicylate. The pruritic lesion recurs without exception on every exposure to the drug, a few hours after intake.
