Audit

This program is an electronic version of the AUDIT questioinnaire, which is used to measure alcohol dependence. The program gives instructions on how to fill in the questionnaire and counts the score automatically. The result can be printed out for the patient. The score is useful, for example, when performing an examination for a driving licence.
