Leukocytoclastic purpura on the legs. Leukocytoclastic purpura (worse name: allergic purpura) is a rather common small-vessel vasculitic disease in the lower extremities. The cause usually remains unknown. If the changes can be palpated, check that the vasculitis does not affect the kidneys. Taking a skin biopsy has low value for the diagnosis and treatment.
