A symptomless 14-year-old teenager with slight pulmonic stenosis. The pressure gradient is 20 mmHg. Such slight stenosis does not require further measures. A 3/6 degree holosystolic murmur that is rough and shaped like an ace of diamonds is heard in the pulmonary area. Note again the pitches that are clearly higher than in physiological sounds.
