Iga Vasculitis (Henoch-Schönlein Purpura)

IgA vasculitis (Henoch-Schönlein purpura). This condition is also called allergic purpura. There is no thrombocytopenia. The cause is believed to be infections or drugs, but in most cases the specific aetiology remains unknown. The main risk is renal injury. Rest is needed, but the opinions of the benefit of oral corticoid therapy are not unanimous.
