Blue Naevus

Blue naevus. Dermatoscopic image. The benign blue naevus (naevus caeruleus) is often homogeneously steel blue in colour and symmetric in shape. As a lesion with a similar appearance may be a melanoma or a melanoma metastasis, blue naevi should be removed with small margins to confirm the diagnosis.
