Spindle cell naevus on the cheek. Spindle cell naevus on the cheek of a woman. It is a rapidly growing, red or pigmented, well-defined, elevated naevus that is more common in children. In differential diagnostics, other naevi, haemangioma, basal cell carcinoma and melanoma should be considered. The naevus is excised in full.
