Benign chronic familial pemphigus. Benign chronic familial pemphigus (Morbus Hailey-Hailey) at the level of the lower ribs. A young lady noticed these first symptoms of a chronic disease only in adulthood. Therapy with topical corticoids of medium potency was successful in a couple of weeks. Morbus Darier (dyskeratosis congenita) is the main differential diagnosis.
