Melanoma

Melanoma. Dermatoscopic image. Breslow classification 2.1 mm. As most of the pigment in this lesion has disappeared, it looks almost like amelanotic melanoma. There is hardly any atypical pigment network in the lesion, but the malignant impression comes from the blue-white veil and atypical corkscrew vessels.
