Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT). The QRS complex is narrow and the ventricular rate is regular 185/min. In this case it is about atrioventricular nodal re-entrant tachycardia and a retrograde P wave is seen immediately after the QRS complex in the lead V1 (arrow). Note also the alternation in the shape of the QRS complex which is connected with the rapid ventricular rate. Supraventricular tachycardia starts and stops abruptly.
