Polyneuropathy caused by antineoplastic drugs. Certain antineoplastic drugs may cause stocking-glove type peripheral sensorimotor polyneuropathy. The symptoms usually begin in the distal extremities. Sensory symptoms are predominant, and motor symptoms develop more slowly.
