Seborrhoeic keratoses on the cheek. Typical seborrhoeic keratoses (seborrhoeic warts) on the cheek. The best treatment is cryotherapy using liquid nitrogen. Abrasion with a scoop or a curette is an alternative. If the diagnosis is unclear, take a biopsy. Excision is not required.
