Lichen Planus in the Axillary Fossa

Lichen planus in the axillary fossa. Lichen planus can take many clinical forms. In the axillary fossa and in the groin it is sometimes visible as non-elevated elliptic brownish patches. The eruption is symptomless. A similar-looking pigmentation of the skin is sometimes seen after a dermatitis.
