Atrial Fibrillation

Atrial fibrillation. Ventricular response is irregular 103/min. A wide-complex "extra beat" is not a ventricular ectopic beat, but an aberrant atrial beat with a transient RBBB. The R-R-interval preceding the beat is longer than the others (Ashmann's phenomenon).
