Seborrhoeic Wart

Seborrhoeic wart. Dermatoscopic image. Benign seborrhoeic keratosis (seborrhoeic wart). It is a cloudy translucent lesion, and there is no discernible pigment network. There are numerous milia-like white cysts and smaller comedo-like black openings. Seborrhoeic keratoses are clearly defined but often asymmetric.
