Lentigo Maligna Melanoma

Lentigo maligna melanoma. Dermatoscopic image. Breslow classification 0.6 mm. The lesion is asymmetric in its overall and pigment structure. In addition, there are some blue-white veil and black dots that are asymmetrically distributed. Follicular openings are partly covered and surrounded by pigment in an annular-granular pattern, as is often the case with lentigo maligna melanoma.
