Haematoma Under the Nail

Haematoma under the nail. A subungual haematoma in a finger does not entail diagnostic difficulties, since the patient usually remembers the trauma well. Diagnosis is more challenging concerning a toe, since such trauma in a toe often goes unnoticed. In this case the colour is from haematoma after a dog bite that took place a couple of months earlier.
