Displaced Fracture of the Greater Tubercle of the Humerus

Displaced fracture of the greater tubercle (tuberculum majus) of the humerus. The insertion areas of the rotator cuff are retracted subacromially and partly behind the humerus. A displaced fracture is treated operatively.
