Cynthia A. Sanoski, BS, PharmD, FCCP, BCPS Cynthia A. Sanoski, Pharm.D., FCCP, BCPS, is Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Pharmacy Practice at the Jefferson School of Pharmacy at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy in Columbus, Ohio, Dr. Sanoski completed a two-year fellowship in cardiovascular pharmacotherapy at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Pharmacy.
