CV: edema, hypotension, tachycardia.

Derm: alopecia, photosensitivity, pruritus, rashes.

EENT: nystagmus, photophobia, retinal hemorrhage.

Endo: gynecomastia.

GI: nausea, vomiting, anorexia, diarrhea, dry mouth, dysphagia, hepatic dysfunction, stomatitis.

GU: gonadal suppression.

Hemat: anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia.

Neuro: confusion, dizziness, drowsiness, hallucinations, headache, mania, mental depression, neuropathy, nightmares, paresthesia, psychosis , SEIZURES, syncope, tremor.

Resp: cough, pleural effusions.
Misc: ascites, secondary malignancy.
