GI: constipation, dry mouth, anorexia, ileus, nausea

GU: urinary retention

Hemat: AGRANULOCYTOSIS, leukocytosis, leukopenia, neutropenia

Neuro: sedation, extrapyramidal reactions, NEUROLEPTIC MALIGNANT SYNDROME, SEIZURES, tardive dyskinesia

Misc: allergic reactions, hyperpyrexia
