• Congestive heart failure
• Liver tumors
• Chronic hepatitis
• Muscular dystrophy
• Dermatomyositis

Slight Elevation (up to 3 times normal)

• Pericarditis
• Cirrhosis, fatty liver
• Pulmonary infarction
• Delirium tremens
• Cerebrovascular accident
• Hemolytic anemia
