3.A previously healthy 37-year-old man presented with leukocytosis and peripheral blasts. He was diagnosed with AML with normal karyotype. Mutational analysis revealed FLT3-ITD mutation with 32% allelic burden. He underwent 7 + 3 with midostaurin induction therapy.
