A 40-year-old woman with systemic sclerosis on immunosuppression with full body scale, redness, and crusting. Hyperkeratotic crusts of the perioral skin are pathognomonic for this variant of scabies. Pruritus was excruciating. Note the clubbing of nails and decrease oral aperture from systemic sclerosis.
