• Use: Psychosis; combativeness
  CSE: Hypotension (esp IM), dry eyes, sedation, blurred vision, constipation, dry mouth, photosensitivity, NMS, AGRANULOCYTOSIS

• Caution: Sedating; decrease initial dose.

• Contraindicated: Glaucoma, bone marrow depression, severe liver/CV disease. Monitor BP, pulse, and respirations, CBCs, LFTs, and eye exams; EPS, akathisia, NMS
