Margaret Harvey, PhD, MSN, MAT, CNE Dr. Margaret Harvey’s education includes a MSN in nursing education and a Masters in the Art of Teaching, followed by a PhD, and her specializations include nursing education, nursing leadership, and K-12 education. Dr. Harvey has been a nurse for 35+ years and has specialized in mental health, pediatrics, community health and nursing leadership. She also has experience as a literacy educator in the elementary and high school settings.
