Distribution: Widely distributed. Crosses the placenta; enters breast milk.

Neuro: dizziness, headache, syncope.
IV only: transient cerebral ischemia, weakness.
Resp: IV only: bronchospasm.
CV: IV only: MI, hypotension, arrhythmias, flushing.
GI: nausea, diarrhea, GI upset, vomiting.
Derm: rash.
