F and E: hypokalemia, sodium retention, hypocalcemia, metabolic alkalosis
GI: nausea, ↑appetite, peptic ulceration, vomiting, weight gain
Hemat: THROMBOEMBOLISM
Local: atrophy at IM sites (repository dosage forms)
MS: myopathy, weakness, avascular necrosis of joints, osteoporosis
Neuro: depression, euphoria, psychoses
Misc: ↑susceptibility to infections, cushingoid appearance (moon face, buffalo hump), HYPERSENSITIVITY REACTIONS (INCLUDING ANAPHYLAXIS), pancreatitis
