EENT: blurred vision, corneal opacities, nystagmus
Endo: SIADH
F and E: hyponatremia
GI: ↑liver enzymes, HEPATOTOXICITY, PANCREATITIS
GU: hesitancy, urinary retention
Hemat: AGRANULOCYTOSIS, APLASTIC ANEMIA, eosinophilia, leukopenia, lymphadenopathy, THROMBOCYTOPENIA
Neuro: ataxia, drowsiness, fatigue, psychosis, sedation, SUICIDAL THOUGHTS, vertigo
Resp: pneumonitis
