Derm: erythema, rash

EENT: diplopia, intraocular pressure, nystagmus

GI: excessive salivation, hepatotoxicity, nausea, vomiting

Local: pain at injection site

MS: skeletal muscle tone

Neuro: emergence reactions, intracranial pressure

Resp: laryngospasm, respiratory depression and apnea (rapid IV administration of large doses)
