GU: pink or reddish-brown discoloration of urine, urinary retention
Hemat: AGRANULOCYTOSIS, leukopenia
Neuro: extrapyramidal reactions, NEUROLEPTIC MALIGNANT SYNDROME, sedation, tardive dyskinesia
